Introduction
Introduction to Transinaut
What Transinaut does, the four tools in the workspace, the scope and sources of the data, and what each subscription plan covers.
Transinaut helps you find, verify and document HS (Harmonized System) codes against the Moroccan customs tariff. The workspace brings together four tools: an AI assistant, a search over the nomenclature, a library of saved codes, and a comparison table.
The four tools
HS Assistant
Describe a product in plain language or attach a photo: the assistant proposes codes, justifies each one, cites the explanatory notes and classification rulings behind it, and asks questions when the description is ambiguous. Three research levels (Basic, Advanced, Expert) set how deep it digs. See HS Assistant.
HS Search
Full-text search across codes and official descriptions, or browsing down the tree from sections to chapters to codes. Every code page shows import duties, unit, notes and classification rulings. See HS Search.
Saved codes
A personal library: save a code from a code page or from an assistant answer, add a note for context, and sort everything into colour-coded categories. Paid plans only. See HS Search.
Comparison
Up to four codes side by side, aligned row by row: description, duties, unit, notes, rulings. The tool for when two headings look alike. See Comparison.
Scope of the data
Moroccan customs tariff, 97 chapters
Codes, descriptions, import duties and units come from the Moroccan customs tariff (ADII). The official descriptions are kept in French, the language in which they are authoritative, even when the interface is in English or Arabic.
The assistant covers all 97 chapters of the tariff. See the chapter list.
